C&C Nexus provides semi-independent supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16–17 across the United Kingdom.Our service is designed to build independence, emotional resilience, and practical life skills through traumain formed and person-centred care.

C&C Nexus offers holistic support combining education, health, and wellbeing with 24/7 staffing, key working, and robust safeguarding measures to promote a stable and confident transition into adulthood.

At C&C Nexus, we provide adaptive and forward thinking support within a structured living environment. Our core aim is to deliver personalised support packages that centre the young person, adjusting the timing, intensity, and type of support to meet their evolving individual need, whether through supported accommodation or targeted outreach services

We provide tailored support for young people presenting with the following

Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties
Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC)
Gang involvement and criminal behaviour

Substance misuse, including drug and alcohol abuse
Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attachment Disorder
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Challenging behaviour
Mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma related issues
Mild to moderate learning disabilities
Self harming behaviours
